Catalina San Giorgio – This lady has been a friend of the studio for a long time, so imagine our excitement when she started coming to our Mamaste classes. She was excited throughout pregnancy and approached labor with a better understanding of how amazing the female body is. We loved having you in class with us and cannot wait to meet your little guy!
